The course fee of $399.00 allows students to have up to 3 months from their start date to complete their course. If additional time is required, course extensions will apply for up to an additional 9 months.

If for some reason you must withdraw (Opt-Out) from your course, you will have up to 6 months to re-enter. The Administration Department must be immediately notified. The time left from your original 3 month period (based on date Admin Dept notified) will be reactivated upon re-entry. An administration fee of $50 will apply to re-enter your course and course extensions will apply for any additional time required.

Please Note: OCES policy states that students must be completed each course within 12 months of original start date.
