Parental permission forms must be submitted via mail or fax to the school administration office. Please fill out the form in its entirety and print a copy for yourself and for the school office.

In order to keep parents informed of their son/daughter's progress, Ottawa Carleton E-School has developed an optional Student Tracking System for those students who are under the age of 18. Parents who sign up to be a part of this system will receive an email update on their child's progress after each unit from the teacher. This allows parents to have a greater involvement in their child's instruction. Please note: the parent must have a separate email address from the student to sign up for the Student Tracking System.
