Transcript / Marks Forwarding


This form provides students a place where they can request to have transcripts and/or marks forwarded to the post secondary institution(s) of their choice. This service can also be used for a student to request to have their transcripts and/or marks forwarded to them. After providing the information needed, students will be required to make the following payment(s): There is a fee of $25.00 to process one request. If you wish for OCES to forward your marks to multiple post-secondary institutions, an additional fee of $10 for each request applies.
We will forward your marks as quickly as possible, but it can take up to two business days for the request to be processed.
