Registration
Registration for Ottawa Carleton E-School is easy with our online application system. We will require personal identification and academic information to complete the registration process. The following sections provide more detail on registration, associated fees and forms required depending on your individual situation.

Required Documents
• Current Ontario Student Transcript
• Photocopy of birth certificate or drivers license or any document that will verify your birth date.
• Parental Permission Forms (For students under 18)
• Consent for Release of Information to retrieve a students OSR
• Consent to Release Personal Information (For students over 18 yrs)

Course Fees
OCES course registration fees are $399.00 per course. For a list of courses offered, please click here. Course registration is continuous - students can start every Wednesday. Students who register with OCES by Friday the previous week - no later than 5 p.m., will be able to access their course after 6 p.m. the following Wednesday. (Provided the Registration Dept. receives all required documents)

Textbook Fee
There is a textbook fee that varies depending on the course. OCES will send students their textbook by courier in time for their course start date. For a list of textbooks for each course and textbook fees, please click here.
Course Extensions
OCES students have the option of extending their course end date beyond three months.
• Regular course extension fees: $99.00 per month or $178.00 for two months.
• Special needs status: $79.00 per month or $143.00 for two months.

Please note that you must supply the Administration Office supporting documentation. If your course has been expired for more than 14 days, then Administration fee of $50.00 applies. For further information, please click here.
Community Involvement
There is a fee of $25.00 to process your forms. Money order must be submitted with completed form via mail. For further information, please click here.
Maturity Credit Evaluation
There is an Administration fee of $75.00 to process the forms and do the evaluation. For further information, please click here.
Out of Province Evaluation
There is an Administration fee of $75.00 to process the forms and do the evaluation. For further information, please click here.
Grade 9 and 10 Individual Equivalency Process
There is an Administration fee of $99.00 to process forms and evaluation. For further information, please click here.
Grade 11 and 12 Individual Equivalency Process
There is an Administration fee of $99.00 to process forms and evaluation. For further information, please click here.
Grade 11 and 12 Challenge Process
There is an Administration fee of $75.00 to process your application. Upon approval, the student is required to purchase within 30 days, the “Challenged Course” plus textbook if required. For further information, please click here.
Transcript/Marks Forwarding
OCES will forward transcripts and marks to a University or College of your choice. The fee is $25.00 for the first University/College and $10.00 for each additional request. For further information, please click here.
