Make-Up Courses

Make-up courses are available to students who have achieved a final mark greater than 35% in a course and have attempted or completed it in the current academic year. A make-up course is comprised of 55 hours of coursework covering the overall curriculum expectations of a course. Upon completion of the course, the student will be issued a final mark reflecting their level of achievement of the curriculum expectations. Students in Gr. 9 and 10 will have the course attempt resulting in the highest final mark recorded on their Ontario Student Transcript. Students attempting Gr. 11 and 12 courses will have both course attempts and the corresponding final marks recorded on their Ontario Student Transcript.
